    Founded in 1986, Belsim is a Belgian technology company recognized worldwide as a pioneer and reference in Data Validation and Reconciliation (DVR) for industrial processes.

    Belsim was created as a spin-off from the University of Liège, with the objective of transferring advanced academic research into practical industrial solutions. From the very beginning, the company addressed a critical challenge faced by industrial operators: the lack of reliable, consistent, and trustworthy process data to support operational and strategic decision-making.

    Today, Belsim remains a specialized, expert driven company, combining software development with high level engineering services.     As part of its continued evolution, the group has recently undergone a strategic restructuring supported by a new financial partner. Activities previously managed under Belsim International AG are being transitioned to a new entity, BDI International L.L.C-FZ, based in the United Arab Emirates. This development strengthens the organization’s financial foundation while keeping operational continuity, with the same teams and technical expertise supporting clients worldwide.
